  As a Family we are used to have Guests from different countrys and cultures living and working here for many yrs when our children was smaller. Our experiences are only positive. We strongly belive in exchanging culture, information, learning, observations, thoughts and ideas from different people from different countries. To learn to have mutual respect and tolerance is something who make this Planet a better place to be. Our Guests will be a part of our Family. There will be time for privacy and there will be time for activities and time together. There are many places who is good for an interesting conversation. We are living in a beautiful spot with good energy. Through daily life we will speak and learn. We also include all our guests, (also guests living on our cabins), for grilling, and other social activities, and we feel like a big family who can enjoy our beautiful nature together. We hope to learn from your experiences and knowledge in life. To meet new people always gives us new knowledge, understanding and ideas. We like to travel, but in the summertime we mostly travels locally. Last winter we were in Asia and China for 2,5 months. We like to play together with nature, use little recourses, and behave sustainable. We are practical people wko like history, philosopy, and observe nature. We are living on a small former farm. We know the local surroundings an local history pretty well. We are interested in culture, and history. We also like to do boating. We see the possibility that the waves from our Boat influences other Boats, our selves and people and elements in life. (Our actions influences others, and comes back to us.) German and english are spoken fluently, as well as norwegian.
  We are a Family of 4, myself i am educated an engineer, and have experience from Salmon Farming. My wife work in health care. We have two sons 18 and 14 yrs. Hopefully you can learn something from us. We are very sure we will learn something from you. We like to have an open mind, and to learn new things who brings us new understanding in life.

  Aide

  We offers a unique possibility to enjoy stay and some work at the same time. We are looking for help to run the place with 6 cabins and 11 boats. Assure our Cabins are ready for new Guests. Guests typically stays for 10 days in low season, and one ore two weeks in main season. Work will include tidying up and cleaning of our cabins. We are flexible and can adapt to your skills and interests.

  You will dispose of your own camper with 18 m2 Room connected. Toilet and shower. Cooking possibilities. Refrigerator and freezer. Possibility to dispose of your own Boat with outboard engine.

  Situated on the lovely shore of Hardangerfjord we are a good location for trips to Trolltunga, Rosendal, Odda, Bergen and beautiful hiking trips. Folgefonna glacier is seen from our location. Fishing in the Fjord is only a few steps away. We like to be organized and our priority is Workawayers who can stay for a longer period, who also are organized and thrustworthy.
