  Description

  This restaurant was created as a huge personal passion of the owner to bring a healthier way of eating to Tirana, while also creating a cozy and welcoming space to relax. We've been operating our restaurant and catering service in Tirana since 2017. From the first day, our goal has been to create an innovative and unique space in Tirana, in terms of design and culinary experience we offer. This place has served also as a boutique hub for sharing art and ideas every day.
  
  Our restaurant very promptly became a reference spot in Tirana's go-to or brunch places, as well as a cool dinner place to have a date night or a cozy evening with friends and family.
  
  We have been paying extra focus on the menu, to create a mixture of global flavors, combined with healthy influences with a touch of modern and traditional flair.
  We have invested a lot of time and passion on our kitchen laboratory to make sure that each dish is freshly prepared, house-made and of the highest quality.
  
  Our team is composed mostly of your people. Each of us has a specific role to do, but we all work together and appreciate the team spirit above all. Our team is composed of individuals with different educational background, some of us have studied in completely different fields, but we all share our passion for food, hospitality and healthy cuisine. We consider this a strong point on cultural exchange. You’ll be hosted by the owner and the entire team composed of waiters, servers, cuisine chefs, etc. We are located just an hour away from the national airport in Tirana and there are regular buses that will take you to the city center. From here will be ready to welcome you to our team.

  We value each individual and their own character. We don’t just help during the working time, but while we work together, we share our ideas, we discuss ideas together to see if there are things to improve or do better, we are open and eager to learn from your side of experience, to learn about your traditions and to enjoy your local food and cuisine, believing that this experience will bring cultural ideas to share from both parts. For example, some of our members now in the summer usually on weekend they organize a volley game between each other, meaning that we value relationships based on respect and mutual growth.

  1- By working and living in Tirana, you will be able to improve your language skills. In addition to the Albanian language, almost everyone in Tirana, is knowledgeable on at least English or Italian, and you would be able to improve your language skills.
  
  2- You would be able to enjoy and learn more about the Albanian cuisine.
  
  3- Working in one of the most popular places in Tirana, you will be able to meet new people, including visitors from different countries.
  
  4- In your free time, you will be able to enjoy the beach in the nearby city of Durres; explore the charming agrotourism scene in the villages around Tirana; as well as explore other historical cities nearby, such as Krujë or Berat.

  Aide

  We will offer a salary starting from 300 EUR/ month considering the minimum wage in Albania, and insurance will be applied.
  
  We are interested in workawayers who can contribute to our restaurant operations at any level. If you have experience in kitchen work, maintenance services, bartending, etc. we welcome your help.
  
  We are particularly interested in experienced kitchen workawayers from Peru or Brazil who can bring their culinary skills and cultural touch to our restaurant. If you are specialized in traditional Peruvian or Brazilian cuisine, or have experience in food preparation, cooking, please contact us.
  
  We are open and welcome anybody who feels that can help us in our entrepreneurship from any place around the world. Some of the positions we'll need help are listed as below:
  
  -Waitstaff: To help with taking orders, cleaning the tables, sitting the customers, delivering the orders, taking care of the customer, and handling the payments & bills.
  
  -Bartender: Preparing coffee, cocktails, and other beverages.
  
  -Prep Cook: Assist the kitchen staff in preparing the base ingredients such as vegetables; cleaning fish or portioning meat
  
  -Kitchen Help: Assist the kitchen staff in washing the base ingredients such as vegetables; preparing the dishes for dishwasher; cleaning dishes & tools as needed; and organizing the kitchen tools & dishes.
  
  -Cleaner: Help clean the kitchen or other areas of the restaurant.

  We have designed apartments ready to welcome you. These apartments are renovated lately, are clean, well-maintained, and well located, providing the perfect stay for your work. Picture of the apartment is included in the profile. One bedroom apartment, with balcony, and a bedroom with king size bed, bathroom and washing machine.
  - Prime Location. Close to Tourist Attractions: Situated in Tirana, you’ll be just a short walk away from Tirana’s main attractions,
  -Comfort & Security: We prioritize security, offering a safe environment where you can feel at home and focus on your work.
  -These apartments offer also parking but the cost varies on the season.
  -These apartments are located in one of the main streets in Tirana, offering quick and easy access to bus, taxies and also pedestrian paths for those who love walking.
