  Description

  This a small hotel in the cold desert mountains of spiti .
  We run a family business of hospitality from quite a time and we have focus on giving good experience local experience small hikings and walk in the fields and a look into the local community culture of spiti valley .
  In future we would like to incorporate mediation n some yoga as well .
  We have a minimum of 9 to 10 staff members who are paid and help with the hotel business .

  They would learn about the challenges of the operation in remote spiti valley where a small simple task sometimes seems so difficult due to basic facilities though the roads are now too good and electricity is also improved but still many more development has to be done for the tourism sector in spiti valley ..and would learn about the culture n tradition of the local people which is extremely unique .

  Aide

  I want volunteers who can help me with operations of my property n management n taking care of the guests n going n guiding them around spiti and showing them the culture n tradition of local life of the people of spiti.
  I also need a person who would work in the internet n would try to give good sales to the hotel and would like to build a nice brand for the place and would help me in future planning for the expansion of the this place with being envoirment friendly
  and taking care of the fragile ecosystem of the mountains n being more sustainable .

  Hébergement

  accommodation with bunk beds n sharing wash rooms just like a hostel.
  We have arrangement for staff food which is cooked by the chef and his team separately and hygienically made for all the staff members .
  Daily breakfast lunch and dinner is provided to all staff members by us.
