  Description

  I am an award-winning writer and filmmaker currently developing multiple film projects and expanding my creative crew. At present, my primary focus is an upcoming feature film scheduled to begin shooting in Rajasthan around mid-March or around. As part of this journey, I am inviting enthusiastic volunteers to join us for a meaningful cultural and creative exchange centered around filmmaking.
  
  This opportunity is ideal for individuals who are passionate about cinema, storytelling, and hands-on learning in a real production environment.
  
  What We are Looking For
  
  We are seeking dedicated volunteers to support our team in the following areas:
  
  Storytelling & Script Development
  Contribute to story development, character arcs, script readings, research, and narrative structuring. Volunteers will participate in creative discussions, brainstorming sessions, and story workshops to strengthen the emotional and thematic depth of the feature film.
  
  Photography & Videography Team: Although we have hired a professional DOP and his team, but you can help him by assisting with capturing content for the travel agency, including photographs and videos.
  
  Team Building & Creative Coordination
  Assist in fostering collaboration within the crew by supporting group activities, creative discussions, rehearsals, and team coordination. This role focuses on strengthening communication, creative synergy, and a positive working environment during pre-production and on-set work.
  
  Cultural Exchange & Travel
  Volunteers will have the opportunity to travel within India, particularly during the Rajasthan shoot, while engaging in a deep cultural and creative exchange. This experience emphasizes learning through collaboration—observing and participating in the filmmaking process, understanding regional culture, and gaining practical industry exposure.
  During travel, we stay in general backpacker hostels, and all expenses are covered by me, including accommodation, food, and travel related to the project.
  
  About Me & Our Work
  I have previously worked as a Creative Associate for a TV production house, Associate Director for two big budget TV serials and as a Director’s Associate on an Amazon Mini feature film. I have also been involved in large-scale Bollywood productions with substantial budgets.
  My educational background includes:
  • Documentary Filmmaking at University College London
  • A Diploma in Filmmaking from Paris
  This blend of international education and on-ground industry experience creates a rich, mentorship-driven environment for learning and growth.

  I am looking for someone who can travel with me or the team within India and can help in taking photos and Videos for advertisements.
  In between, someone who can also give feedback for my screenplay.
  I am also looking for an assistant video editor.
  Also, I need someone who can help in preparing presentation for my advertising company.

  There are some rules unfortunately, which are :
  
  1. Short stays are usually not suitable for this film project due to training, rehearsals, and production schedules. A minimum stay of 2 months is preferred.
  2. We serve only Vegetarian food.
