  Description

  hi everyone, we are a family of 4 living in Rome, pretty close to the city centre. Our house is located near a very nice park, 2 kms far from the Colosseum....Rome is Rome and what else could we say about it?
  Next year our son Michele, 17 years old, is moving for 6 months to Canada for his studies and his bedroom is going to be empty from the beginning of september to the second half of january.
  We are considering to host in those months and our daughter Anita, 12 years old, would be very happy to have a sort of companion.
  Obviously she goes to school from 8 am to 2 pm from monday to friday and in the weekends she's busy with her activities, mostly connected to horseriding.
  Other members of the family are Letizia (mum) and Diego (me) but we are just details

  diego has a degree in medieval philosophy and letizia is a doctor, we can speak english and its possible to find english books in our wide library. we like to share our experience with our visitors and we are open to give tips and suggestions about what and where to do things in rome, outside rome and italy in general.

  Aide

  Anita could need a help with her english, which is at the moment almost below zero, and with her homeworks. She is leaving school at 2 pm and she has lunch at home: a simple meal would be appreciated

  Hébergement

  we can offer a single large bedroom (the bed is large) and a big balcony (we live on the last floor of the building with a beautiful view on the park) with private access directly from the bedroom.
  we have two bathrooms, both with a shower and all the needs - both bathrooms are shared but we can talk about it - dinners are homemade every day and the kitchen is available every day
  
  Obviously we are open to share our meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner) and in any case the kitchen, food and all the needed things to cook are open 24/7 in case of different needs. We are open to provide for the ingredients needed (buying them at the supermarket, following possible and specific requests) or consider the option of a weekly salary connected to the need of a different food

  we live 5 minutes far from the "furio camillo" on the line that goes directly to the very city centre of Rome.
  buses are available 2 minutes far from home and if you like to walk the city centre is 40 minutes far walking throught beautiful hystorical buildings
