Description
We have a country house in a small village close to Trapani, about 15 Km away. The area is very peaceful surrounded by olive trees and vineyards. There is an endless beach 5 minutes away by car where one could also walk. The village is well served with shops, pharmacy, postal office, bank and even a church! It would be ideal for a couple or one person.
For professional reasons we are unable to live there but we really love our dogs Valentina and Lilli and two lovely rescue puppies, just arrived, along with the 2 black and white cats living on the roof and 3 other cats living everywhere. We are very concerned about them being alone, with no human presence.
For this reason we are offering the dependence of the house where you can comfortably live. The simple fully furnished, one bedroom house with a pleasant leaving room is completely independent with its own kitchen and bathroom. There is a wooden stove for the winter and a fan for the warm nights. You also have access to a large patio.
The animals are very friendly and quiet. All they need is to be fed and a human presence.
You can stay at your convenience. The longer the better! Even if we are not there, we have family and friends living close by and we can always support you when needed.

The Sicilian countryside is always the best place to learn Italian. The area is very interesting, Trapani is known for its production of excellent sea salt. The scenery is breathtaking. There is abundant history in the surroundings due to the several colonizations that have taken place during the course of the Italian history. Within a small distance you can find Greek ruins, Baroque buildings, Phoenician traces and Byzantine testimony to name a few...
There are also many water sports one can partake in such as windsurfing, kite surfing and sailing. Additionally, there are many beautiful walks one can take in the surrounding mountain ranges.
You can also learn about olive cultivation and the process in which olive oil is made.
Food is the most genuine and exquisite you will find it at a very affordable price!
Aide
Feeding and taking care of 5 cats and the dogs. Little help in the garden at your discretion, small repairs. The essential requirement is to be clean and tidy.

Hébergement
The accommodation will be the dependence of the main house. The simple fully furnished, one bedroom house is independent. There is a private bathroom, kitchen and living room. There is access to a patio that one can use at their own leisure. The house is surrounded by vineyards and olive tree plantations.

Sicily has very pleasant and mild weather throughout the year and being a small village, everyone knows each other, making the area very safe. Our family has lived there for 3 generations meaning we know a handful of people.

There is a well functioning internet access. The place is quite so you can have plenty of time to concentrate and do your work.
