  I'm Ana from Canary Island. I live in Sant Andreu, one of the most charming and authentic neighborhoods in Barcelona. It’s a peaceful, beautiful area with a real local atmosphere — lovely squares, cafés, markets and quiet streets, far from the tourist crowds. At the same time, it is very well connected by metro, train and buses, making it easy to reach the city center and the rest of Barcelona.
  
  I offer a private double room and accommodation for a calm, respectful and responsible person over 30 who enjoys a relaxed and harmonious environment.
  
  In exchange, I’m looking for help with household care, small maintenance tasks and some DIY around the home. I value people who are careful, practical and easy to live with.
  
  Maximum stay: 15 days.
  
  I appreciate a simple and peaceful coexistence, with respect for personal space and independence. This could be a good fit for someone looking to experience Barcelona from a more local and authentic neighborhood while enjoying a quiet home atmosphere.

We can practice languages together if you like, and sometimes share activities such as going to the beach, spending time in nature, doing yoga, or attending concerts and local events, always in a relaxed and natural way depending on our schedules and energy.

  The help needed mainly involves basic household tasks such as cleaning, painting and simple home maintenance to keep the space comfortable and well cared for. From time to time, I may also appreciate some help with grocery shopping or preparing simple meals. The tasks are not difficult, and I’m looking for someone responsible, tidy and comfortable with a calm home environment.
