  Description

  I am Karim. I run operations and development for a growing hospitality company in Spain. I have spent over 20 years managing hotels across Europe and internationally. I now live in Menorca and I am building a slower, more intentional lifestyle around the house, the dogs, and a few focused projects.
  
  My home is in Maó, close to the sea, the port, and local cafés. You are within walking or short driving distance of beaches, hiking trails, and small villages. Menorca is calm, safe, and beautiful. You come here for nature, good weather, and a slower pace.
  
  I host one person at a time. You stay in a private furnished room with AC and full access to the house. The exchange is simple. Around one hour per day walking the dogs, plus light house help. No heavy work.
  
  You live as part of the home. We share meals from time to time, conversations, and local outings when it makes sense. I keep things relaxed but structured. I value reliability, respect, and independence.
  
  You benefit from real exposure to hospitality at a senior level. I can teach you how hotels operate, how to think like a manager, and how to approach business decisions. If you are serious, you will learn a lot. If you just want a place to stay and enjoy the island, that also works.
  
  I host because I like cultural exchange and intelligent conversation. I expect maturity, good energy, and someone who respects the space.
  
  This is a calm, well-run home. If you want chaos, this is not for you. If you want structure, learning, and a good base in Menorca, this works.

  You will live inside a real international environment. I speak five languages and have lived and worked across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. You will be exposed to different cultures, ways of thinking, and professional standards through daily interaction.
  
  We interact naturally. Some days we share meals or go out. Other days you have your own space. I treat you as part of the home, not as staff. I expect the same respect in return.
  
  You will also experience Menorca as a local. Beaches, small towns, cafés, and daily life. I will point you in the right direction so you make the most of your time here.
  
  I host because I value cultural exchange. I want to meet people with different backgrounds and perspectives. I expect open-mindedness, curiosity, and good communication.
  
  If you bring skills, ideas, or a different way of seeing things, I am open to learning from you as well. That is the exchange.
