  Description

  We live in beautiful Nelson British Columbia. Nestled on the side of a mountain and only 5 mins to Kootenay lake. If you are a nature enthusiast this place is a Mecca. We are looking for someone stay in our off grid tiny grid in exchange for yard work and exercising our crazy dog Copper. The tiny house is rustic without running water and a composting toilet. This isn’t for everyone! We need someone for two week durations as we’ve got lots of fun summer plans without our dog! Certain days of the week we will be home in our main house. About us, We are a little family of 3 and are outdoor enthusiasts!

  We can show you all the cool bouldering and climbing crags, let you borrow our hiking books and guide you to all the best camping spots! Not to mention Nelson in the summer has a cool arts and music scene!

  Hébergement

  Our tiny house is very small! You will need to cook for yourself and it is off grid so you need to fill up your water from the main house. It is cute and cozy. Only a fireplace for heat but it’s summertime! There is a toaster over and fridge. All the basics will be provided. The sleeping loft is a steep and ladder like so only physically fit people apply 🥰

  If you do not have a vehicle it is tricky to get in and out of Nelson. You can take a shuttle from the airport in Kelowna. And once you’re here there are local buses that can get you around our little, but vibrant town. There is no smoking in the house/ property.
