  Description

  Welcome to our smallholding just outside Cork City, Ireland!
  
  We live on a peaceful 1-acre smallholding about 20 minutes’ walk from the nearest village, where you can catch a bus straight into Cork City. The area offers lovely woodland walks and plenty of quiet countryside to enjoy.
  
  We share our home with three dogs, and we also board and groom dogs here—so there will be lots of doggos passing through! You’ll need to be comfortable around animals and happy in a lively, dog-friendly environment.
  
  Most of the help we need is with cleaning, laundry, general household tasks, and simple food prep. There’s also some outdoor work like keeping the grass under control and looking after flower pots.
  
  I am Ballymaloe-trained chefs, so when we’re around you can expect great food! 😊
  Every now and then, though, you’ll need to be independent—including cooking for yourself when we’re not available.
  
  If you’d like to earn a small amount of extra money, there are opportunities to help with walking dogs.
  
  If you enjoy nature, dogs, and a relaxed country lifestyle with easy access to a vibrant city, we’d be delighted to welcome you to our home.

  Cork city is a beautiful city located in the south of Ireland where many tourists come every year. By staying with us you have the benefits of the city but also the country as we live only 15km from the city.

  I'm looking for general help around my little smallholding, e.g., feeding, walking the dogs, cleaning, general help around the house etc. Must be animal lover

  Two single beds in private room in my house. All other facilities, i.e., cooking, washing, etc., shared. I am happy to cook for the guests when I have time, otherwise them must be able to cook for themselves
