Description
We are a charming farmhouse nestled in the stunning Chianti Classico hills of Tuscany, surrounded by vineyards, olive groves, and breathtaking views. Our estate features a beautiful villa, a restaurant, and a swimming pool, making it a truly special place to experience and enjoy.
During the middle to high season (April–October), we welcome workawayers to join us and lend a helping hand with various tasks here and there. To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience, we kindly ask our workawayers to stay for a minimum of two months. This allows us to provide proper guidance, while giving them time to settle in and feel fully comfortable with the work and surroundings.
Currently looking for 3 workawayers:
- From April: 1 girl/woman who can help and assist our housekeeping team (no need to speak italian)
- From June: 1 girl helping at the reception during the very high season: from June to September if possible (needs to speak ITALIAN as well). We are happy to welcome hospitality management trainees or anyone with experience in the hospitality industry.
- From May/June: 1 girl helping our Chef in the kitchen - speaking italian here is not required, but it would be a plus.

We offer a work experience immersed in Tuscany's nature - a perfect location for digital nomads, hospitality interns, or people on a gap year to reconnect with nature, experience Tuscan culture (food and wine included!) and why not? learning some Italian as well! We'd love to learn new cultures, maybe have some time where we all cook different dishes and get to know each other better!

Currently looking for someone to help us at the reception ( front desk, helping with check ins and check outs, guest relations), housekeeping (cleaning rooms, indoor spaces) and a help in the kitchen.
