Description
I'm an organic farmer keeping a small permaculture garden, fruit trees and berries, also I love to grow mushrooms for my family and friends. I'm in the middle of my project to produce our food in an organic and sustainable way. My place is in the heart of Monferrato Hills, a nice UNESCO countryside but close to services, market and rail station. We are one hour by car from Torino and Milano. My family is composed of my wife Gioia that is a teacher and my 12 years old daughter Gemma.

We will work together in the garden and field for let us know eachother customs and traditions, also the lunch and the dinner time will be a good way to share different ideas, as a 30 years working experience Italian chef I will be glad to give you some advice about Italian food culture.
I love reggae music and black music in general as I am a DJ so there will be the possibility to go together at concerts and dancehall parties if you like this way to enjoy life. Also the small town of Casale Monferrato Is very close so you can walk there easily

I need someone who help me in the farm activities. I'm glad to share my knowledge about plants, mushrooms and how to create natural extracts from them in my small lab.

Hébergement
I have a single bed room with bathroom at my mum's house at the first floor and I live at ground floor with my wife and young daughter.
I can provide a tent if you prefer to sleep under the stars in the summer.
I will prepare food for you and my family as I am used to do. We are omnivore but if you are vegetarian there's no problem as we have plenty of vegetables in the garden and I do a lot of vegetarian food. If you are vegan probably you will need to cook separately from the main daily menu and it is up to you.
