  Description

  We live in a beautiful Victorian sea shore town, Cape May NJ. I am an artist who owns a small local screen-printing business which I started over 30 years ago. Our house is near the Delaware Bay,and minutes from historic Victorian Cape May a tourist town and there are travelers here from all over the USA and world in both the summer and fall. Cape May is renowned for its lovely architecture, beaches, birding and fine restaurants. It is a special place and we would be happy to share it with you! My husband and I have a lovely separate upstairs 2 bedroom apartment which is where our workawayers would stay. Many various projects going on all the time, yardwork, help in the kitchen and house cleaning, painting and home improvement projects,. Currently we are working on a mosaic walkway. We have bikes workawayer can use.

  Volunteers are welcome to explore the area on a provided bicycles, and there is much to see! Philadelphia is 90 miles away and there is a bus. New York City a bit farther- 150 miles- also accessible by bus. We live a life rich in community and busy with the summer season, but always make time for cooking, reading and enjoying life. There are many historic and cultural attractions and well as world class birding and fishing. It's a nature paradise. We have a beautiful side yard filled with artwork and a custom built wood fired pizza oven that we would love to use with you!

  We have a reliable FIOS internet signal that works through the property, inside and out. Our upstairs apartment where you would stay has a small second bedroom with a desk and private porch. We are quiet folk and you could work undisturbed.
