  Hi. I am looking for a male, smoke-free individual of any age to help me encourage my great neighbors by setting an example and contributing to the better care of our beautiful neighborhood.
  Being gay-friendly is a must. About me: originally from Israel, a programmer and a (kinda) philosopher, I have been a digital nomad myself for the last ten years, mainly in Latin America.

  The neighborhood has really affordable food prices, and the local cuisine is delicious. Since it's a residential area, parties or drinking aren't part of the scene. The weather is always great here, providing an authentic day-to-day experience. The neighbors are genuinely welcoming, so feel free to mingle with the locals if you'd like.

  Our neighborhood boasts lovely parking strips, those green areas between the pavement and the street. It's one of the reasons I adore Medellín! However, they could use more regular upkeep, and unfortunately, public authorities don't always keep up. Some strips look a bit neglected, and others just need a periodic sprucing up with a touch of litter removal. If you're up for it, helping with weeding, planting new greenery, and other tasks can really make a difference!

  Hébergement

  In the apartment, there's an available master bedroom with a double bed and fresh bed linens ready for your use. We'll be sharing the kitchen, and you're welcome to cook (avoid deep frying, please, as I'm not a fan of the smell). Additionally, I have a washing machine and a small espresso machine. Despite its proximity to numerous shops, public transportation, malls, and parks, the street is generally very quiet.

  Public transportation routes are nearby, including the "Metroplus" line and local buses. A spacious open-air sports center is just a few blocks away, perfect if you're into working out or enjoying green areas. Our street is mainly residential and tranquil, yet you'll find plenty of shops on the adjacent main road.
  During certain weekends, you can join cost-effective local gay hiking group excursions, providing an excellent chance to discover the stunning, verdant nature in the vicinity. I'm enthusiastic about hosting you! Don't hesitate to get in touch :)
