Description
My small team and I cultivate microgreens and seasonal vegetables, with a particular emphasis on special tomatoes. I grow and propagate 70 different varieties of tomatoes, specializing in those that are no longer produced by others in the food chain.

We sell seedlings to end consumers during April and May, while for the rest of the year, we deliver directly to exclusive restaurants in and around Munich. We appreciate good music and value people with positive attitudes.

If you would like to be part of a small business outside of Munich, with positive vibes, please apply. It's best for someone to stay for a few months so that we can get to know each other, and you can truly experience what we're doing.

By the way, my name is Johannes, and I am 45 years old.

Currently, we have one permanent worker who is 30 years old. My sister comes once or twice a week with her baby, and I have one or two guys who come for one day each week. So, every day, it's a bit of a different setup and we are a fairly young team.

I can offer you a place to sleep and a bike for transportation to nearby places or to get to public transport. You also get paid for the hours you work. Our peak operation is in March till May. For the rest of the year, we work four days a week, and during the summer, we take turns on weekends to check up on our plants.

The business is located somewhat remote, and you should appreciate a quiet environment. I live in Munich, and you would be alone at the property at night. However, it's easy to reach nearby places, attend concerts, or go swimming in the summer.

As soon as it's warm outside, we like to hang out more, play table tennis or cards.

Small house with bed, kitchen and bathroom. Wood oven for cold days. Its best if you’re easy going and ok with basics.
Some days we prepare meals together, others you will be on your own.
