  Welcome to our Hostel in San Cristóbal de las Casas, Mexico. Enjoy comfortable accommodations in the heart of the city, just steps away from the main square and cathedral church. Choose from private rooms or dormitories, and take advantage of our communal kitchens, rooftop terrace, and friendly staff ready to offer local recommendations for your stay.

  Our staff team: 6 locally paid staff employees: manager, night guard, administrator, 3 cleaning staff.

  We are located in the heart of San cristobal de las casas.
  While volunteers support us in managing our reception, we also hope to learn from their unique perspectives and experiences. We welcome their input and insights, which help us continually improve our services and enhance the overall guest experience.
  
  Overall, we strive to create a mutually beneficial exchange where Workawayers feel empowered to contribute their skills and talents while experiencing the warmth and hospitality.

  Aide

  We extend a warm invitation to Workawayers interested in assisting at our reception. We view our volunteers as integral members of our team, and we're dedicated to ensuring they feel valued and welcomed throughout their time with us.
  
  As a reception volunteer, Workawayers will have the opportunity to engage with guests from around the world, providing them with a friendly and helpful point of contact during their stay. Responsibilities may include greeting guests, checking them in and out, answering inquiries, and providing recommendations about local attractions and activities.
  Volunteers will not be asked to help with preparing or serving either food or drinks to paying customers.

I'm enthusiastic about both learning new languages and sharing my own language skills with others. Whether it's practicing conversation, exchanging language lessons, or immersing ourselves in each other's cultures, I'm excited to engage in meaningful language exchange experiences during my time as a Workawayer.

  Hébergement

  Bed in mixed or female dorm. Also possible to exchange private room if you can offer something else for us.
  
  Food is not 100% in exchange of volunteering. But we sharing products with team that everyone can cook more easier in our kitchen. Also we can provide part time breakfast for volunteer at their morning shifts.

  We like to live in family style community, help each other with experience in new place. Sharing culture, food, language. If you want to share your other skills with people we would like to help you with creating space and inviting people for you knowledge.
