Description
We run an alternative school for elementary school students(6 - 12 years old) in Isumi City, Chiba Prefecture.
We are currently looking for native English speakers who are willing to play and teach English for the children.

We want to stimulate children's intellectual curiosity and help them learn spontaneously in a free and open environment, so that when they become adults and fly out into the world, they will be able to think and solve problems on their own and live powerfully and creatively.
Isumi City is located on the Pacific coast, about 20 minutes by car south of Tsurigasaki Beach, which was the site of the Olympic surfing event one year ago.
It is a very comfortable place to live, blessed with a mild climate and rich natural environment.

We would like to provide an English-speaking environment for children to have a global viewpoint, and we would like to conduct activities to help children living in the countryside realize the vastness of the world and their own unlimited potential, and to deepen their ability to achieve this.

By participating in our school's activities, you will be directly exposed to Japanese culture and customs on the Pacific coast, and you will gain a lot of energy by teaching English to the children and playing with them.

We, the management staff, are always looking for ways to make the workawayers feel at home and enjoy their time with us.

We will also provide accommodation at no charge so that you can have your private time. In your free time, you can enjoy surfing and marine sports at Ohara beach, which is a 5-minute walk away.

First of all, we are looking for responsible and sincere people who really enjoy teaching to children, love them, and are willing to support them.
We also welcome anyone who has experience in the education field.

Aide
Teaching English and some other subjects in English to 6 - 12 years old Japanese kids.

You can stay at the school building which is about 55m with Kitchen, bathroom and shower with furnished.
