Description
Join the family of a new cozy hostel in a great location, just a few minutes from the beach in Hikkaduwa,
Help us run the place, welcome guests, keep it clean, and generally create an environment that is great for travelers.
We can also arrange free/discounted stay in our friend hostels around Sri Lanka.
As we expand our hostel by opening another in a diffrenet country , we are looking for wonderful volunteers who are willing to share their skills, ideas, hands and heart, you will be joining a team of two other staff who's responsible for the night shift and the Restaurant, also the owner who's always around to check that everyone is happy and safe.

Volunteers here will have the opportunity to travel to different cities and have a nights at free or reduced rates in different Hostels.

The help would involve mainly helping with tourists and visitors of the hostel. It could also include other tasks. The hours are flexible, so you can enjoy your time in the country.

The Hostel is a good place to use as a home base in Sri Lanka, From Hikkaduwa, the furthest points north and south are only a maximum of two hours away, which makes day trips very easy.

If you like hiking, painting/interior design, meeting people from all over the world, learning more about this country, and enjoying a bustling night life scene, this is the place to be. With two floors, a big garden, Restaurant and a bar, daily activities ,The hostel is a great place to spend your time in Sri Lanka.

Such a wonderful experience in this hostel! I was teaching yoga. There is a beautiful yoga area with huge windows facing jungle with birds singing. Our experience with cami was great, she’s a grown person with smart attitude, cami stayed with us for few weeks, she helped us doing the yoga classes which she is great at doing, have a special style for her classes, she followed all the rules and her stay was a pleasant , highly recommend

Central location, the work is not hard, flexible hours, very nice accomodation. After a very short time the hostel feels like home.

Oday is such a good person (and also his friends and family around the hostel). He is the guy to know in Ramallah. There is no way to have a bad time when he is around.

Highly recommend it!

lewis is a wonderful man, he helped us so much in the hostel in time of need, he was the only volunteer but he managed to do work of two volunteers, he is a fast learner, it took us one day to explain everything to him.

In the other hand, hes a very nice person who's very social too, very interesting to chat with him. I highly recommend him.

I think Hanna was the only volunteer we didn't manage to work as a team with, She's a nice person but i don't believe she's good for this kind of work, it took us two hours cleaning her stuff from the kitchen after she left.
