  Description

  My name is Tanja. I live here in Rodakino, in the beautiful, wild south of Crete, right by the sea. We live a very alternative lifestyle, off the grid; our sleeping space is a VW bus, with a kind of hut built around it. We have plants that need daily watering in the summer, and most importantly: we have two cats and three kittens that need to be cared for and cuddled.

  My place is located on a small peninsula, and I’m the only one living here. Within a few minutes, you can reach a sandy beach with a taverna, or you can go swimming in a small bay. A 10-minute walk takes you to a small minimarket, several tavernas, and more beautiful beaches. It’s paradise here—the people are friendly, and it’s a quiet place with gentle, low-key tourism. Behind us rise high mountains, which is why we have excellent drinking water. It’s perfect for creative, alternative, and sporty people who love peace and can do without parties and luxury.

  Hébergement

  The bedroom is a VW van, featuring a large double bed and a small bed for children. A hut and a terrace have been built around it, but it’s not a fully enclosed structure. The kitchen is located outdoors. Shower and toilet facilities are also outside. There is no Wi-Fi, but I work remotely here using my mobile data.
  
  There is a pleasant shaded area under the trees, especially nice in summer, with a small biotope. Another pond can be found in the garden.
