Description
We are a couple,48 and 61 years old, we have a son who's 13 years old. We live in a trullo in Valle d'Itria we have 2 ha of lands with fruit and olive trees, here we practice organic agriculture. Giggi is a musician, in love with irish music, he play button accordion. Laura teaches yoga in her yoga studio in Ceglie Messapica. Serafino Is homeschooler, play piano, volley and love cook. We need help to get our house and countryside nice, healthy and in armony with the seasons.
We need volunteers to share every activity is request from the nature in the different seasons. We work sometimes outsides but we try to enjoy the country as much as possible, growing our own vegetables in a nice garden, making by ourselves everithing is possible, like cheese, soap, bread, jams, herbal distillation.....and there's always some small build to be done. We eat healthy, seasonal, from our garden and tasty. We at Moment have four dogs, five cats and four hens and are working towards autosuficiency, so we need some helps and we would like to share our country life. Every week we make our bread with natural yeast and biscuits in a wood oven, to sell them in markets. We can host helpers in a van or in a tent. We are in the countryside, nearest villages are Ceglie Messapica (7km), Cisternino (10km), Martina Franca (12km), one hour from Bari and Lecce. No public trasport but we almost every day go to a Village.

We can host helpers in a van close the house or in a tent, also in winter the van has heating system. They can use bathroom and kitchen in the house. The meals are sharing together.

This area Is full of Historical and Natural Place and between Adriatic sea and Ionian sea. In the day off we can give you a ride to the train or bus.

I learned about, Italian Pizza, "Trullos" (A kind of house), how to cook bread in oven wood, how to grow eco vegetables. I enjoyed "Oustuni", a beautifull city and the sea.
