I am a Kundalini Yoga teacher and promote a yogic lifestyle on a daily basis. This involves a daily practice in the ambrosial hours, vegetarian food and practicing presence as much as possible in your daily life. I am Italian and live since 15 years in Tenerife.
I live in a detached house in Tenerife South with my two boys and my three cats.
My boys are 22 and 25 years old, they study and work.
My project is to create a vegetable garden but at the Moment is in standby. The principal thing that I need is help with the domestic cleaning and some repairs of the house.
I am looking for exchange to help me at home. In exchange for yogic practices, accommodation and food.
Request 4 hours a day and 2 days free.

Cultural exchange with responsible and respectful people, we are an italian family living in Spain and my son’s father is cuban so we have a mix of culture. You can learn italian and Spanish here and practice yoga of course every morning and one a week I offer class of kundalini yoga. I organize workshop and Kirtan too. You are welcome!

In the early morning we did practice Kundalini Yoga together which was absolutely fabulous.
