Offering you the opportunity to experience a rural community up in the Grand Causse mountains with views of the gorge du Tarn,Larzac,Roquefort.
Permaculture is being setup when the terraces are created. There is a natural drip-fed stone well, and a natural pool to be added. Preparation of the ground and planting seeds, when the season & weather allow.Finish insulating roof and boarding,limeplastering end walls leaving stone exposed,preparation of walls:filling,sanding for painting,varnishing...iron steps being made for cellar.Wooden shutters...

Repairs,sanding doors,varnish/painting,fixing loose panes of glass with wood beading.
Using manual or power tools. General clean.
Hours per day eg 09h-12h then lunch an hour and restart 13h-15h
If we get things done fast,there is more time left for you. to explore
*You can work longer mornings so you have the afternoons free for yourselves.
Depending on the day you arrive,will depend on which days you work and which days you take off. If you arrive on a Saturday,then you start Sunday.If you arrive on a Monday,then you'll start Tuesday etc. If you don't stay the week,then it will be difficult to have any time to yourselfLangues parlées

The work and the hours were reasonable. The room was comfortable and the food was SO delicious!!
We loved everything about our stay there..
