  Hello dear Workawayers,
  
  I have a nice 2-room apartment in the green district of Treptow, right on the river Spree and in the immediate vicinity of the city forest and the trendy districts of Kreuzberg and Neukölln. At the same time, the apartment is in a quiet location. In summer, many people meet on the river bank. There is a flea market on the weekend and if you walk further to Kreuzberg - beautifully along the river - you come to the Arena, a listed building complex that serves as an event venue and where there is also a flea market on the weekend. At the same time, this building is the gateway to the famous trendy district of Kreuzberg.
  
  Across the street from my home there is also a ferry that crosses to the other side of the Spree and where there is also a lot to discover: banks for swimming and a lido.
  
  I am happy to host one workawayer and am happy to show the area and the sights of the city. I was born and grew up in the city and therefore know it very well.
  
  I offer three meals. You will have your own room with balcony access.
  
  What need to do?
  
  I want to fresh up my apartment and need help with this.
  
  The work involves the following tasks:
  
  1. Replacing some furnitures, driving them with a transporter, installing lamps, painting little parts
  
  2. Refreshing the hallway: overpainting historic doors and frames, repairing a hallway cabinet
  
  2. Maybe helping a bit with a homepage.
  
  I am looking for a skilled and committed helper.

  Hallo liebe Workawayers,
  
  Ich habe eine schöne 2 Zimmer Wohnung im grünen Stadtteil Treptow, gleich an dem Fluss Spree und in direkter Nachbarschaft zum Stadtwald und den Szenestadtteilen Kreuzberg und Neukölln. Gleichzeitig ist die Wohnung ruhig gelegen. Im Sommer treffen sich viele Menschen am Flussufer. Es findet am Wochenende ein Flohmarkt statt und wenn man weiter nach Kreuzberg läuft - wunderschön am Fluss entlang – kommt man zur Arena, einem denkmalgeschützten Gebäudekomplex, welcher als Veranstanstaltungsort dient und wo am Wochenende ebenfalls ein Flohmarkt ist. Gleichzeitig ist dieses Gebäude das Tor zum berühmten Szeneviertel Kreuzberg.
  Gegenüber der Straße vor meinem Zuhause gibt es auch eine Fähre, die auf die gegenüberliegende Spreeseite übersetzt und wo es auch viel zu entdecken gibt: Ufer zum Baden und ein Strandbad.
  
  Ich freue mich, einen Workawayer aufzunehmen und zeige gerne die Umbebung und die Sehenswürdigkeiten der Stadt. Ich bin in der Stadt geboren und aufgewachsen und kenne mich hier deshalb bestens aus.
  Der Deal schliesst drei Malzeiten ein. Du würdest die Zeit ein eigenes Zimmer mit Balkonanschluss haben.
  
  Was ist zu tun?
  Ich möchte meine Wohnung renovieren und benötige hierbei Unterstützung.
  Bei der Arbeit geht es um folgende Aufgaben:
  
  1. Möbel tragen und zusammenbauen.
  
  2. Vielleicht bei einer Homepage helfen.
  
  Ich brauche einen handwerklich geschickten und talentierten Helfer.

  You will be able to improve your German language skills if you want. You learn something about the history of the city. I experienced the division of the city. I provide healthy vegetarian meals and can provide psychological knowledge. We can meditate together if you want.
  
  Du wirst deine deutsch Sprachkenntnisse verbessern können, wenn du möchtest. Du lernst etwas über die Geschichte der Stadt. Ich habe die Teilung der Stadt noch miterlebt. Ich sorge für gesunde Mahlzeiten und kann die mit psychologischem Fachwissen versorgen. Wir können gemeinsam meditieren, wenn du möchtest.

  I have described the tasks above. These would also have to be completed in the order in which they are done. Depending on the tasks, I need workawayers who have skills in painting and woodwork. A driving license is essential.
  
  Later on, I need someone who can build a built-in hallway cupboard.

  Weiter oben habe ich die anfallenden Aufgaben beschrieben. Diese müssten auch in der Reihenfolge erledigt werden. Entsprechend der Aufgaben brauche ich Workawayer, die Skills in Malern und lackieren haben. Ein Führerschein ist essenziell.
  
  Später brauche ich jemanden, der einen Flureinbauschrank bauen kann.
  
  Und auch jemanden, der mich beim Bau einer Homepage unterstützt.

  You have your own bedroom with access to the balcony. I provide the healthy, vegetarian meals. No drugs and no alcohol in the flat please.
  
  Eigenes Schlafzimmer mit Balkonanschluss. Die gesunden, vegetarischen Mahlzeiten werden von mir gestellt. Keine Drogen und kein Alkohol in der Wohnung bitte.

  You will help 5 hours/day. 5 days per week. The rest of time will be off. I can show you around in my freetime from work. Or you explore on your own beautiful Berlin in the summer: You can go to the nearby Spreeriver for swimming, rent a boat, make sightseeing, visit galleries or museums, go to concerts, fleemarkets or other events. You have also exellent jogging-routes here - starting almost directly in front of the house: along the river, the forests, Treptower Park etc.
