Description
Hey, I'm Ella from England. I love travelling, being in nature, reading and yoga. I'm easy going, hard working and generally have a positive outlook on life. Happy to help out with all sorts of jobs! I've renovated and manage two properties in the UK so have decent DIY and gardening skills. I've been a private Nanny for years and managed nurseries, so lots of experience and love for kids too. I've also learnt a lot on my travels by Wwoofing on farms and at yoga retreat centres! I love being outdoors, learning new things and meeting new people. Keen to get stuck into projects :)

Basic DIY and gardening skills, happy to help with cleaning, cooking, childcare and taking care of animals. Up for trying / learning new things and helping out wherever I can! I'm a yoga teacher back home, so can share classes as an extra offering if you like :)

Staying here was an absolute joy, and I feel so grateful to have had the chance to experience life here. The space strikes a perfect balance between being well-organised and smooth running, yet relaxed, warm, friendly and informal; making it easy to feel at home the moment you walk in. Communication beforehand was also great.

Ella was a HUGE help for us. We had a variety of tasks and Ella rose up, holding a critical role in our event and held a lovely energy around the farm. Would recommend ;-)

The most incredible workaway experience! I was lucky enough to be passing through the area in time for Burning Horse Festival (held each year on the farm). I helped with set up, volunteered during the festival and some of the pack down too. Staying with Ezra was a wonderful experience from start to finish. She was welcoming right from the moment I arrived, even meeting me at the airport and helping me navigate the train, which was incredibly helpful and thoughtful as it was my first time in the country. Ezra provided me with her comfortable and cosy room, complete with balcony… read more

Ella was a real gift! She helped me to fix things in the apartment, painted 2 tables and a radiator, cleaned the apartment and much more. Her lovely energy made it nice to have her around and in the house *****. The whole apartment has been fresh and clean ever since and still days after, I am happy and enjoying the result :) When you come along… read more

My stay with Nicki and her family was a dream! Teoka Bay is such a magical spot and the cottage is delightful, it really is the perfect little retreat- I couldn't have asked for more. Terry and Margie made me feel at home instantly and welcomed me into their family. Margie's cooking was fab! The work was more than fair and the room was clean, comfy and spacious (with own private bathroom). They took me out to lunch, to the movies and recommended places to visit. Jim and Yuko are so welcoming and lovely, I really enjoyed my stay with them and recommend them highly as hosts. The work was fun and fair, the house is beautiful and the room I had was nicer than some hotels!!
