  My name is Angel from Iloilo, Philippines. My friends and I run a community center, farmstay, and an alternative learning space for farmers and their children. Our project aims to create a positive impact in rural societies by promoting eco and sustainable and regenerative living. We need some hands to help us with the following:
  - Farming and gardening
  - Cleaning, Maintenance & Minor Construction
  - Community building (event hosting/organizing)
  - Digital marketing & Fundraising
  - Teaching/Storytelling (during weekends)
  - Leading workshops & trainings for adults

  They will be able to immerse themselves in very simple, slow, and conscious living.
  We believe that the place offers a conducive space for wellness, peace and quiet, and freedom. They will also be able to explore local sites and neighboring towns that have so much to offer.
  The place is 30 minutes - 2 hours away from beautiful beaches and islands in the area.

  Aide

  We are seeking extra hands to help us build a Community Center for a rural village in Iloilo, Philippines.
  We need some hands to help us with the following:
  
  - Farming and gardening
  - Cleaning, Maintenance & Minor Construction
  - Community building (event hosting/organizing)
  - Digital marketing & Fundraising
  - Teaching/Storytelling (Usually during weekends/after class)
  - Leading workshops & trainings for adults
  
  Come and help us build our dream Community Center!
  
  We started this passion project during the pandemic to support out-of-school children who stopped schooling for almost two years. This project is funded from our own pockets and the support of our loved ones and friends. This community project is run next to our full-time work, and there will be times when outside work/hectic schedule gets in the way.
  
  We are looking for Workawayers/Volunteers who are independent, generous, and have an authentic and genuine willingness to help out! We would appreciate it if you could work with minor supervision. We hope to have volunteers who are creative, enthusiastic, and respectful of the local community/locals.
  
  The project site is located two hours away from Iloilo City, in the middle of a 12-ha property. We want to create a shared space for the villagers and the local community residing on the project site. Our project aims to build a community library for children and young people, an organic garden, and eventually a permaculture farm and an off-grid BNB.

  Hébergement

  There is a tiny house that has a double bed, its own bathroom and a small desk. Workawayers can also prepare their own food and get supplies from the local market. A local caretaker is available to help in preparing the food.
