Chloe brought so much joy and energy into our home. We really felt we were saying goodbye to a close friend when Chloe's time with us was finished.
Chloe took on the tasks of cooking and cleaning during their stay and we were so so grateful to have their help on all of these. The food Chloe made was DELICIOUS! Chloe also took on other smaller
… read more projects, such as adding some art to the kitchen and playing with Móg when things were busy. They were eager to be involved in any activities and outings and it really felt like Chloe slotted in as a member of the family.

The two weeks I spent with CC, Marty, and Móg were the highlight of my travels. They are an incredibly hospitable family who created such a welcoming atmosphere, which I deeply appreciated. CC and Marty were always considerate of my needs and desires, from the type of work I was interested in doing, to the type of sights I wanted to see in my off time. I was able to choose my tasks from a long list of options and always very kindly reminded by CC to take breaks if I needed them. However, the work I did was so enjoyable and so appreciated that it was truly a joy to do (and didn't feel like "work" at all!).
They both thoughtfully invited me along to anywhere they were going so that I could see more of Ireland. Among other activities, I was able to attend a yoga class led by CC and was able to sightsee around Kilkenny, thanks to Marty taking me along during his day working in the city.
Overall, CC and Marty are genuine and kind people, whom I sincerely enjoyed staying with, laughing with, and talking to. I feel so grateful for my time there and would wholeheartedly recommend them as hosts!Vous pouvez seulement contacter les workawayers avec une adhésion active.

We really can't speak highly enough of Mia and the time she spent in our home. Life was sincerely so much easier with Mia around!
During her stay, she was so incredibly hard working - always proactive and eager to help in big and small ways. We couldn't believe how much Mia achieved in the garden in just 2 weeks. She strimmed and mowed grass
… read more (several times), painted fences, collected rocks, cleaned and painted the porch and more. Alongside this, Mia was wonderful with our son Móg, taking him for walks and reading him stories, and she helped with washing dishes, vacuuming floors and cleaning windows.
All the while, Mia was so pleasant and easy to be around. We enjoyed sharing stories, discovering comedians together and just sitting quietly in each others company. Any host would be so lucky to have Mia stay with them. We wish her the very best of luck with her travels!

They are both independent and hard workers who were conscientious and always eager to help in any way that they could. They weren't afraid to ask questions and we were so happy with the work that they did. From cooking and
… read more cleaning, to gardening and minding our son, we felt confident with any task we sent their way. So much so, that we felt perfectly comfortable asking them to house sit and mind our dog, Rua, for us when we went on holidays.
They treated our home with love and respect, as if it was their own. And we certainly hope they get in touch to stay with us again <3Photos

I can't describe how happy we were with Kathi. She fit easily and naturally into our home from the very beginning. … read more sharing the gardening knowledge with us, Norman always provide our delicious feast and invite us to join their exciting board game, Oriana and Samuel are all very kind to us, we had a lot of fun with them, and the whole experience we have got from them is exactly what we were hoping for at Workaway- complete and genuine communication and interaction, we are very grateful to have a chance meeting them.
Although we didn't stay too long, we still learn a lot from them, we really admired that Every member in this family has strong personality, and they all fully devote themselves to the things they like. The perseverance and enthusiasm what we saw on them is hard to describe but very inspired us!
Most of the projects we work on are not too difficult. They make a list for us to choose the projects we want to do, so we can fully in charge the plan. We have helped them painting the garden arch and build a new raise bed. Besides, we are honored to have a chance to company with Mog and welcome their new family member Rua with them! Sometimes when we working too long(Actually is not long at all) they will always ask us to rest more.
