Description
Hello everyone, my name is Zuzana, and I’m from Slovakia. I’m an easygoing and adventurous person who loves stepping outside my comfort zone and growing as an individual.
I’ve always dreamed of visiting Africa, and now that I’m between jobs, I finally have the opportunity to make it happen. I’ll be starting my trip in Kenya at the beginning of 2025, and I plan to visit Tanzania as well. While traveling, I would love to volunteer to learn more about the local culture and contribute to the community.
I enjoy learning and experiencing new things—whether it’s exploring a different culture, trying out a new skill, or meeting people with unique perspectives. I consider myself reliable and always ready to lend a hand when needed. I value being helpful and dependable in any situation.
In my free time, I enjoy staying active, whether it’s playing sports or going on trips to explore new places. I’m new to Workaway, but it’s been on my mind for a while. During my travels, I’ve met so many amazing people who shared their stories about Workaway. Hearing about their adventures and meaningful connections inspired me to finally give it a try myself.

Quelles sont vos compétences ?
I studied public health and have worked in the field of epidemiology. In my role, I focused on infectious disease surveillance data, primarily handling administrative tasks and conducting data research to support evidence-based decision-making.
My native language is Slovak, but I also speak Czech, English, and a bit of Spanish. I’m eager to learn new things and contribute my skills while gaining valuable experiences through Workaway. While I’m not much of a cook, I enjoy gardening and I'm good at time management and staying organized.
