Availability from January 2026
- Note we only host one person at a time,
and no men over 30y old.

Come and join my 12y old son Phil, our cute Prague Ratter Cooper, his pinscher girlfriend Litchi, and our two Ragdoll cats, and me (Marion, late 40s) in our home in the South of France.
Once a month we have two cute French bulldogs staying with us for a week who need 2 walks a day.
You’d be helping around the house and garden, walk the dogs daily and spend time with Phil (games, parc/football, homework).
We speak German, English & French - however at home it's typically English.
We live in Biot, close to Antibes, ie between Nice and Cannes, and a train ride from Monaco. You can also visit Italy in an hour.
It’s a 4 bedroom house with garden and pool. You‘d have your modern room with mezzanine area double bed, tv and reversible aircon. The room has piano, a sauna, and is adjacent to a modern shower room on the ground floor.
Phil and I have our rooms & bathrooms upstairs.
Food & drink are of course provided!
We can cater for vegetarians, not vegans.
If you are happy to help with some of the following, do get in touch:
-Taking out rubbish,
-filling & emptying dishwasher
hanging up/folding washing,
-vacuum cleaning & mopping downstairs
-Gardening, power washing terrace
- Child minding incl play (football, boardgames incl Poker are current favourites) & homework, evening 'babysitting', movie night
- Organising (cupboards, clothing,…)
- Dog walking x 2/day

We’d expect an average of 4-5/hours on 5 days a week/ times are flexible so you have time for your activities.

We speak English, German and French (
in that order!) and are great animal lovers.
Our home is well located between Nice and Cannes, close to Antibes, the biggest sailing port in Europe. Good public transport to explore the area.
Note you will NOT be able to improve your French with us!

You will stay in a modern room with air con & a 140cm wide bed in the mezzanine area, directly under the stars. The room is equipped w/ a smart tv, piano and sauna, and is adjacent to a shower room w/ WC and washing machine.
You have full access to all communal areas (kitchen, living/dining room and garden with pool).
Excellent wifi. - Private parking inside the residence, i.e. in front of garage.
We are located in walking distance to: shopping centre, parc, running trails and bus stops.
We have cats & dogs, hence our home is not suitable if you are allergic.
We are happy to cater for vegetarians. Vegan guests are welcome as long as you take the lead on food preparations; we are happy to partially follow.

Biot is located close to Antibes, between Nice and Cannes. A train ride to Monaco. Local transport nearby.
We live in a beautiful green area where you ll be able to explore sth new every day.

We have very good wifi (fibre) and a dedicated office space you may use. However we are not looking to host someone who‘s here to follow their regular job from our home.
