Hi, nice to meet you! My name is Zoé, I'm 19 and currently studying to become a SLT :)

Ever since I was a kid, I've always loved to travel, learn languages, discover new cultures and open my mind to new perspectives on life! I was very lucky to travel the world with my parents before Covid, who have taught me the importance of listening and being open-minded.

Despite my young age, I am hard-working, determined and always down for a new challenge! I have quite a lot of experience with babies, kids, language teaching and project management, but I am eager to learn more from you and develop new skills (I promise I'm a quick learner) ! In Summer 2025, I had my first Workaway experience in the middle of Tuscany, where I was in charge of cleaning, giving a hand in the kitchen, setting up breakfast and tables and offering a safe and welcoming space for the guests. I loved the community spirit than emanated from that place and I am forever grateful for everything that this experience taught me!

My relatives would describe me as a smiley young woman who's always willing to help and share experience or interests with others.

I hope that I get the chance to learn from you and grow from this experience!

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

I love to work with people and animals, no matter the age, language or gender !
I have a lot of babysitting experience, I have helped physically restricted adults before and know what "being professional" means :)
Despite my young age, I have also worked as a volunteer before, in a retreat centre that focused on natural horsemanship and personal growth in Tuscany, Italy. I was in charge of cleaning the rooms, the kitchen and the bathroom, preparing breakfast, washing dishes, etc. Overall, ensuring each guest felt safe and satisfied with their stay!
I feel like tourism and restauration would be a great fit for me as I am always smiling and love to make people feel comfortable while helping them to have the best experience! Despite not having a lot of professional experience in those fields, I am very eager to learn and a quick learner ! I don't mind memorizing things, practicing in my free time and asking for help if I believe that I am not able to do something the right way (I promise you I'm still independant and don't need someone 24/7 to work correctly ;))
I speak French and English fluently, Spanish and Italian at a conversational level (somewhere between B1 and B2), and would love to improve those languages or learn some more!
