Actuellement, nous sommes

Description

We are Will and Waka from sunny California! We’re currently backpacking around Southern and Eastern Africa in search of cultural exchanges, wildlife & nature, and most of all an opportunity to give back! We come from blue collar jobs back home so we welcome hard work and getting our hands dirty to do our part. Our motto is to make it happen and we are eager to help out in any way we can while getting a chance to experience new cultures and meet lovely people along the way.

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

We have a wide variety of skills as we’ve both worked in a whole bunch of different industries! We’re quite handy and come from a background in landscaping so we are more than capable of fencing, installation, demolition, and pretty much everything else in the dirt. We’ve both worked restaurant jobs back home as well so guest relations and customer-facing positions are a strong suit. We always bring a smile and can put up with quite a lot while maintaining a positive attitude and a passion for whatever we’re doing. Most importantly, we bring a can-do attitude to whatever it is we are working on and never has a challenge been to large for us to handle!

Waka loves to surf and be active in any way possible like biking, running, hiking, climbing, etc.

Will has a passion for plants and has worked at a nursery for quite some time so lending a helping hand or sharing knowledge is quite a treat.

We both pride ourselves on being the best guests we can possibly be so we are more than happy to cook some of our favorite meals for our hosts and really anything else they may need. Never will you find us leaving a mess and we a constantly feed into the urge to clean up around the house / property and take care of anything that needs attention.
