Hello! :p

I’m a 19-year-old from Romania, currently studying Environmental Sciences in Freiburg, Germany, who can’t stop thinking about his next adventure and the wonderful people he will get to meet!

I’d describe myself as full of hope, creativity, and a love for life. I’m always eager to learn new things, especially when it comes to sustainable development and eco-friendly practices.

I’d love to dedicate myself to an ecological project where I can see firsthand what I’ve been studying in class and share my ideas, experiences, and enthusiasm. My journey so far has included Erasmus youth exchanges, volunteering with NGOs, and involvement with various organizations in Germany and Romania. Through these experiences, I’ve realized that cultural exchange and human connection are essential to who I am.

One of my favorite experiences was an Erasmus project in northern Spain (Vilanova de Arousa) in February 2024. The focus was on sustainability and entrepreneurship, and it gave me fresh insights into sustainable tourism and business practices. Plus, it sparked my love for the Spanish language and culture, which I’ve been learning ever since. (I’m excited to keep improving my Spanish during my stay in the Canaries.)

I truly believe we can transform our economic system into a sustainable one, poco a poco, with dedication, hope, and most importantly, teamwork.

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

As previous mentioned, I study Environmental Sciences, which means, that I study the environmental in a scientific and academic way. My favorite course, which also woke my interests on this field is called sustainable food transformation, a course in which we discuss, analyze and come with solutions to the problems of our current food system.

My native language is Romanian, I studied my whole life in German and I also speak English fluently. and I am eager to teach and speak any of these languages.

I am very interested in photography and videography and would love to help with some videomaking or other digital media needs.

Last but not least I come from a long line of farmers and rural householders in the Carpathian region of Romania, which unfortunately perished in the last years, as we all can see by analyzing worldwide tendencies.(so I can assure you I have the genetics to do hard work :p)

I love playing guitar, which I have taught myself, and also dancing and singing, creating art in general. Hiking, swimming, nature sports in general are also on the top of my interests^^.
