🌿 About Me

Hi! I’m Andrea

Before Covid, I spent a year of sabbatical traveling and volunteering around the SE Asia — connecting with people, learning new things, and enjoying the beauty of slow living. During Covid, we got "stuck" in Indonesia, Bali, which then led to me staying there for 5 years at the end. It became my home and a base from where I decided to start to travel again a bit more this year.

I arrived in Thailand now, looking for volunteering opportunities, where I can help with some hands on projects, do some manual work and be in the nature while still keeping time for my freelance projects (around 4 hours/day).

What I Can Offer:

I love working outdoors, using my hands, and ,where needed, learning new skills along the way — whether it’s gardening, eco-building, or helping with daily tasks around a homestay or retreat space, I am open to anything.

I’m also a freelancer, so I’m comfortable balancing digital work with physical tasks. I really enjoy projects that combine creativity, sustainability, and community.

I am easy-going and positive, clean and respectful, curious and open-minded and have “can-do” attitude at all times,

Languages: English (fluent), Slovak (native)
Hobbies: Dancing, reading, walking, and anything that involves being in nature.

What I’m Looking For:
I’m looking for a place that values kindness, balance, and authenticity — where I can contribute meaningfully, meet good souls, and learn something new every day.

Ideally:
- Space for some manual/outdoor work (gardening, building, creative projects, etc.)
- Time and internet access to do my remote work (4 hours/day)
- A bit of privacy — private or semi-private accommodation would be perfect

A community or environment that feels connected to nature 🌿

I believe in the magic of shared effort and small acts of kindness. Whether it’s planting seeds, painting walls, or just sharing a cup of tea and a story, I love being part of spaces that make life a little more beautiful — for people and the planet.

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

I (Andrea) used to work as a project manager in start up and Milan was working at nuclear power-plant construction site. We are both more on soft skills and are not skilled in any particular manual work but our enthusiasm and ability to learn quickly outweights the lack of practical skills.
Milan loves to cook and is really good at it and my curiosity always brings me to some manual work (like building/repairing furniture) We also would like to learn more about farming and plants care.
We both speak english, have some basic skills in Photoshop, social media, marketing.
