Hi everyone! My name is Teresa, happy to meet you all :)
I am 28 years old, I'm from Italy and I have 11 years of experience in babysitting; I can provide two really good references :)
Since high school (and before with my younger sister) I've always been babysitting and spending time with children. I love connecting with them and learning more about myself through them. I am an artistic person so I like to bring creativity to my work, and most kids seem to love it. I have experience with kids of all ages! This job has made me meet wonderful families and I would love to keep doing it this year in Paris :) -

In the last 11 years I have been a babysitter for many different families, of different nationalities and cultures. I have always had a natural tendency to connect with children. I love to use art and creativity in my work with kids :) This job has given me really good experience with house keeping, cleaning and cooking, activities that I genuinely enjoy doing!
I have also worked as a waitress during busy Italian summers, so I have good skills with assisting clients/guests and with working with a team in a kitchen.
Sometime I would love to work on a farm and learn more about animal care. I have done some gardening/taking care of outdoor spaces in my first month of workaway (ending in a few days). I love being handy and I learn fast.
Overall I just love to help in any way I can and to feel like I’m doing something good for someone, it gives me a big sense of purpose :) -

A lot of the work for this experience worked out to be more geared towards helping us with the garden and it was great to have help with all the weeding we needed to get on top of during the warmer months.
