Hello! We're Tara (28) and James (28) a British couple who have recently quit our jobs in London to travel Asia and Australia and are looking to experience different cultures and learn new skills. We are open to pretty much everything and are very excited to meet new and friendly faces.

A bit about us:
Tara
- Grew up in Liverpool, UK
- Degree and Masters in Psychology - worked in London as a Business Psychologist for 5 years. Good understanding of how business works and have been heavily involved in strategy and business growth projects
- Interested in sustainable living and all things eco - really interested in learning new skills. I love cooking vegan & veggie meals and run my own vegan blog on Instagram.
- TikTok and Instagram travel blog (@travellin_t). I'm experienced in Photoshop and can create visually appealing content.
- Hobbies include arts & crafts, painting, content creation and design (lots of experience using Canva for instagram/logos). I have experience as a project manager so I'm a natural planner and good to help on any admin tasks. Also happy to get my hands dirty!
- Mainly eats Vegan (occasionally I do eat cheese but I don't eat meat, fish, eggs or milk)

James
- Grew up in London, UK
- Degree in Digital Marketing - worked in London as a Marketing Executive for 6 years working in the Real Estate and then FinTech industry
- Interested in graphic design, social media, website creation, digital marketing, photoshop, photography (I will have my Nikon professional camera with me), videography, building and learning new skills
- Hobbies include DJ'ing and making music, watching and playing football
- Happy to eat vegan/vegetarian but does eat meat and fish

We have completed 4 Workaways so far and have done a wide rang of things:
- Rooftop DJ
- Hostel host organising trips and tours
- Built a website from scratch
- Shot new pictures for Booking.com site
- Shot a promotional video for a new activity that Hostel was running
- Started a instagram and TikTok for the hostel
- Re-worked a website to help a Hostel try and sell up

We are both very digital savy and can help with social media, blogs, building content, editing videos and pictures etc. We have spent 6 years in London together and have a vast amount of experience between us when it comes to IT/websites/social media. We also both have an eager eye for design, love arts & crafts and interior design. We both have a passion for music and have attended many festivals across Europe, James DJs in his spare time and would be happy to bring this skill to any workaway.

  Yes - Gluten free diet required. Usually this isn't an issue when I visit Asia as mainly my diet consists of rice, veg, rice noodles and curry. However I can't eat soy sauce so my food can't be cooked with this.
