Description
Hejsa, I'm Tamisho!
I'm a Dutch master's student Computer Science in Denmark. I've travelled and backpacked on my own before, including through Workaway, and I'm looking forward to discover new places, meet new people and learn new things!
I’m a real outdoor person and like to be active and do hands-on work. I love nature and animals - especially dogs and birds - so pets and wildlife are a plus. I’m also into music and play a bit of guitar (electric and acoustic), drums and piano, and I write songs from time to time, just for myself as a hobby. I haven't had the opportunity play much for the past two years so I'm probably quite rusty, but I really miss it, and would especially like to develop my drum skills again.
In my free time, I like spending time in nature and hiking, but I also won’t say no to a museum, exploring local spots, playing tabletop games or puzzling. I also value having some time on my own to recharge, whether that’s for a hobby or some outdoor work.
When it comes to the work itself, I’m mainly interested in hands-on outdoor tasks such as gardening, maintenance and animal care. Of course I will also help with chores and other kinds of tasks. I enjoy learning new skills and work best when expectations are clear, so I know how I can contribute. I’m comfortable working together as well as independently.
My ideal Workaway would combine practical work, time in nature and cultural experiences.

Quelles sont vos compétences ?
I have some experience with beekeeping and gardening and like to come up with creative solutions. I enjoy hands-on work/projects, and I'm responsible and have no problem working independently if the tasks are clear. I would also like to learn about new projects or tools!
I have a bachelor's degree in Communication and Information Sciences and am currently doing a master's in Computer Science, so I can help with tasks related to that.
And I just like to help and learn in general, so motivation won't be a problem! -

I eat pretty much everything and usually eat quite a lot despite being quite small. I enjoy healthy, nutritious food and appreciate organic ingredients when possible (not a fan of fast food). I have IBS, but don’t expect special meals or adjustments.
