Description

We are Christophe and Sophie, a young couple with a degree in agricultural and agri-food engineering from the same school. Curious and enterprising by nature, discovering Australia is for us the ideal opportunity to set off on an adventure. We're passionate about nature, animals and need a breath of fresh air. We're also keen to improve our English and meet new people. Being sociable by nature, we'd like to immerse ourselves in Australian culture.
We've been weight training and running for 2 years. Hiking is also something we enjoy, as it allows us to discover new landscapes.
We are rigorous and love a job well done.
We have a zest for life and will always find something positive in every situation.

Christophe: I've been involved in farming since I was a child, with my 3 older brothers. My father breeds dairy cows and also produces cereals. I love contact with animals and attach great importance to animal welfare. I'm very resourceful and handy, which means I'm always able to find solutions. My motto is to enjoy every moment that life has to offer.

Sophie : Like christophe, I'm attached to nature. My parents have a vegetable garden that I love to tend. I also love gastronomy: eating and cooking. I'd be delighted to help you discover French specialties. I like being in contact with children and interacting with them. I also love music: I've played the trumpet for over 10 years and I'm also starting to play the piano on my own. I also like reading novels in English, which helps me to improve my level.

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

Christophe: I have many skills in farm management, passed on to me by my father and brothers. I'm capable of driving a tractor, gardening, looking after animals, milking, tinkering, welding and undertaking renovation work.

Sophie: Having worked on farms in the past, I'm also capable of doing gardening work, looking after animals and the vegetable garden. I can also carry out DIY and renovation tasks.

We can also maintain the house, look after the children and cook or even do the shopping.
