Actuellement, je suis

Description

I am a research Oceanographer from Honolulu who has summers free for travel/adventures. I enjoy traveling off the beaten path, experiencing new cultures, volunteering for worthwhile causes, meeting like minded peeps, and making use of my education/teaching background. In 2022, I taught as a volunteer in Chiti, Nepal at the New Marigold School and in Lombok, Indonesia at BC Foundation. During the summers of 2018, 2019, 2022, I taught as volunteer science teacher at Kikai Institute for Coral Reef Science in Japan (https://www.kikaireefs-camp.com/#). I also taught English as a volunteer for the British Academy in Berrechid, Morocco in the summer of 2017, at the Phuong Lien English Center in Haiphong, Vietnam in the summer of 2016, and at Ukrainian Catholic University in Lviv, Ukraine in the summer of 2015. Back in 2002, I taught English at Wenxuan Scool in Liaocheng, China.

Experience teaching English, Marine Science, Biology. I have a BA in Physics and PhD in Oceanography. I am also a NAUI certified SCUBA instructor and an avid surfer, climber, paddler, swimmer, free diver.
