Hi, hello, hola, buenas , I’m Sam! I’m currently a raft guide in the United States looking to do some more traveling and learn new cultures and work on my Spanish. I’ve worked at a few hostels and love the community of work exchanges with a little family. I love meeting new people (literally it’s my job) and seeing new places and sights and just experiencing things I haven’t before. I love to explore and dance (not that I know how exactly) and sing and swim. Estoy aprendiendo español y me gustaría vivir en un país o pueblo donde puedo hablar en español cada día y mejorarlo. Puedo tener conversaciones con la mayoría de personas pero quiero hablar con más confianza, y aprender más que la cultura de la gente alrededor de mí también! I also can’t wait to learn more about myself on whatever journey I (we) get into.

Quelles sont vos compétences ?
Being a raft guide I like to think I'm pretty quick on my feet. Ive also been an instructor for different board sports so talking and teaching people new things is something I’m somewhat experienced at. Working for a hostel I gained experience checking people in through the cloud beds service, and tidying and cleaning up communal spaces. I’ve worked with people of all ages, and am pretty good at communicating things to a variety of people. I am also very good at frying up a variety of vegetables (I love fried pickles and onion rings), and love to be in a good jam sesh where we all sing and play instruments.
