We think that volunteering is a great opportunity to meet new people, cultures, get new skills and a good way to know some new places of our beautiful world. We love pets, we like to go for walks.

Description

We are a very nice and friendly couple. I am Peruvian and my boyfriend is Ecuadorian, we both lived in Spain since we were little and we consider Barcelona as our home.
We live together with our two small dogs in our own apartment, near the mountain. We like to do sports, hiking, go for a walk, discover new places, share and meet new people to exchange ideas, culture and life experiences.

We are honest, trustworthy people, friends of friends, with a good attitude to help others and ease in adapting to the environment.

We have always dreamed of traveling and working in a foreign English-speaking country, first of all because we would like to improve our English and we also believe that it would be a very rewarding experience of personal growth. Right now we find ourselves in a situation where we can afford to travel, embark on this adventure and thus fulfill this dream.

We love animals, especially dogs, we travel with two small dogs, they are like our daughters. We are looking for hosts who will let us stay with them. Our dogs are very good and friendly with other pets.

As guests we will strive to learn and help our hosts in everything they need, we think that if they are happy with our help we will be too, we believe in respect and good manners for pleasant communication.

We are going to arrive in Ireland on June 17 and we are going to travel by our own car, so we'll be able to get anywhere.

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

RUTH
I studied a bachelor's degree in Business administration at university of Barcelona.
During my life I worked in different jobs as a cleaner, babysitter, dog sitter, house cook, waitress, shop assistant, etc. Since I finished my studies I have worked as an accountant and administrative assistant.

My first language is Spanish, I speak fluent Catalan, intermediate English and a little bit of French.

I love dancing the Folkloric dance of Peru, I have been part of a Peruvian group for many years in Barcelona. We have worked as a team to create new choreographies, we have enjoyed great moments and we have rehearsed a lot to present our dances at public events and festivities.

I am a person who loves share moments in family and friends. At weekends I like cooking cupcakes, it's a great enjoyable activity for me.
I am willing to learn something new that brings me personal growth and new skills.

DANNY
I am a versatile person willing to do all types of work such as cleaning, taking care of animals and pets, gardening, delivering, I have worked fixing walls, painting doors, windows and walls. I get up every morning with my best attitude to help those who need it.

Like Ruth, I have studied business administration, so I have knowledge in administrative management and I have worked in back offices. Although right now I work in passenger transport because I love interacting with foreigners, learning about their culture, getting to know what the place where they live is like, and thus get a better view of the world.

I love traveling and I'm a bit curious, that's why I like to investigate the
customs and stories from countries where I go. I like listening to people in order to learn more about their culture and discover different ways of thinking. I belive that enriches me as a person.

I love animals, I have two small dogs and they are like my daughters. Every morning we get up for a walk in the mountains and we go hiking to discover new places on weekends.
I think that the perfect job for me would be taking care of pets or animals outdoors or helping in a farm.

I am a family person and I love to spend moments with family and friends.

I speak Spanish as my mother tongue, Catalan, an English with which I can have a fluent conversation with anyone and a little of French.

I am willing to learn something new that brings me personal growth and new skills.
