We had an amazing time with Ann and John! We spent about 5 weeks with them, the work was various and fun, we were completely free to chose how to organise our days. We helped in the garden, painted and we did some diy. John is a great cook and his knowledge of the area is really great, he took us to all kind of places and walks around. Their house

The region is very nice and the work is good and easy to do, for example gardening and stuff around the house.

We have spent an amazing three weeks with Jhonny and Ann. We have enjoyed their company, they have been very kind and attentive to us.
We loved the dishes they prepared for us and the time we spent chatting while we ate. In addition to listening to Jhonny sing, we felt like being in a Pub with live music.
Ann taught us how to make a door
… read more wreath, we were very excited to learn how to do it. For next Christmas we will make a wreath and hang it on the door home.
We loved Sligo, we have visited many places thanks to the help of Jhon who has guided us and recommended places to visit, walks to take and landscapes and seascapes to enjoy.
We loved the work we have done at home: cutting wood, painting, putting on lights, assembling the barbecue and cleaning. It has not been hard work and we were happy to help.

I stayed 6 lovely weeks with Ann and John and it was awesome ! They were like a grandparents and I was like a member of their family. They have a gorgeous garden with an incredible view on Benbulben, Knocknarea, Sligo Bay and, when the weather is clear, Slieve League Cliffs. The tasks weren't hard : some gardening, wood jobs, lawning, house jobs.

For the rest, Sligo is a small but really pretty county where there are a lot of things to do : Benbulben (of course), Glencar Lake, Mullaghmore Head, Classiebawn Castle, Aughris Head, Ox mountains, ... you will not be bored !! For finish, if you want to live in a cosy house in a rural place with sheep and cows for neighbours, don't hesitate to contact this lovely retire couple !

I was there for improve my English and my prononciation, I find that I have well progress because they speak with me every day, we had great conversations and they help me for all word I didn't understand.
