Hiya! I'm Remus, 22 years old, originally from Singapore but moved to the UK. I'm a very easygoing and curious person, my goal in life is to experience as many cultures as I can before I am too old to travel. I have a passion for language learning, no matter what the language. I have learnt Arabic, Uzbek and Japanese on my travels. Sharing experiences and stories with people who would share the same with me brings me joy. I prefer exploring cultural sites and learning about the history of a place over backpacking, but anything goes!

I am interested in improving my Spanish to a level where I am fluent. Yo quiero mejorar mi español a un nivel que estoy fluido. I can teach English and Mandarin and have experience teaching those two languages to school students. I am keen to learn Arabic, French and German, or any other languages that you speak :)

I'm doing a university degree in philosophy and economics, my native languages are English and Mandarin, although I can speak Spanish to a certain degree and can read a variety of scripts (Japanese, Korean, Arabic).

I have experience with social media management and writing, though I am keen to learn anything and everything under the sun, I believe in trying everything once.

I really like to cook! I can cook a variety of cuisines and have experience cooking for a large group of people :) My favourite dishes to make are dumplings, fusion pastas and middle-eastern meat and rice dishes.
