  Description

  We are a group of 7 friends who own the property, presently 2 living full time in the land, others coming and going, receiving visitors and support for projects, planning to expand to 10 individual houses that will constitute the basis of an eco-community
  We are mostly facilitators of wellbeing and conscious living programs, bodyworkers, business people with a common intention and a similar background of sharing love, freedom, consciousness, awareness in communication, used to offer workshops for many year around the world, wishing to create a space in this property to live and offer art-creative-rejuvenation programs for small groups of people.
  
  Presently we have one main community house with 4 bedrooms, 2 large gathering rooms, community large kitchen, 2 bathrooms, all fully remodelled = this is where we live and receive guests-friends + another house with 3 bedrooms, kitchen bathroom that is our rental-guest house, we are in the process of remodelling a large ruin to further expand accommodations, and also building super adobe dome as a dark room.
  
  We have a river and a man-made lake inside the property.
  
  We have a few fruit trees, lots of olive trees, started a small veggie garden to be expanded for the next season, and have huge potential for other cultivations and bee keeping as well. We just had a permaculture consultation and plan to follow up.
  The location is 20 min from the closest village Almodovar, very quiet, with lots of birds. We have 2 horses...
  
  Veggie garden expansion, pruning trees, anything they may bring as skills to implement the property's capacity to produce more food , collecting fruits for making jams, conserves etc...
  Care for the horses, who live free in the land...
  
  We love to offer freedom to inspire creativity and invite others to bring their own skills, as the basic needs we have are just watering the garden twice a day, and feeding the horses twice a day, which is practically 2 hours a day. The rest of the time is an invitation to support more beauty, food, creative play with the land and builiding/renovating the existing structures that still need to be improved.
  
  We love dance, meditation, cooking, music, swimming in our lake, distilling essential oils, cuddling, massage, healing arts, sharing honestly about life and visions for living in abundance, love, care for each other, aliveness, authentic soul expression in all arts... so this space invites all these activities...

  Qu'est-ce que c'est ?

  Echange culturel et opportunités d'apprendre

  We are a group of different cultural backgrounds (brazilian, french, israeli, american, canadian, israeli-swiss, soon to be joined by croatian and polish friends...) with a variety of interests but united by years of deep friendship and projects working together... We have strong experience in living in communities and working in collaboration, that is our baseline. We are not farmers from background, but learning from the land and developing a connection with the beauty and simplicity of this location.
  We have had a permaculture educator come to stay with us and do a design for the land, now ready to be implemented. We would love to have someone who has more experience in this area to take over this project.
  We are facilitators of educational programs in wellbeing, ayurveda, yoga, tantra, conscious sexuality, meditation in residential format and online. We are mostly creators to support a better life for ourselves and others.
  We enjoy playing music, dancing, gathering in ceremonies, meditation and honest sharing.

  Aide

  We do not like to establish schedules for working, as we prefer to go day by day with what feels good and relaxed, though we are very efficient and love to be fully immersed in our projects. We do expect self-initiation based in common sense (there is so many possible projects in the land, and we enjoy supporting other's creative flow) and inner joy, so that we collaborate in an easy and harmonious way. So far, we have attracted people who resonate with the way we live and it has been pleasant and enriching to have received helpers.
  We need help in
  * giving food and basic care for 2 horses daily
  * cooking in a rotation basis (we eat organic mostly, simple and delicious, with creative flair of international cuisine)
  * seeing that needs to be done and moving into action
  * watering the garden during the dry months (mostly from may to november)
  * ruins renovation
  * basic maintenance of the houses
  * anything you may see that you can contribute with in the garden, land, reset a bee culture, plant trees etc...
  * we have an essential oil distiller and lots of wild flowers that can be distilled
  * taking initiative to create products with the many flowers and herbs that grow wild in the land
  * collecting olives and curing them (november, december)
  * collecting fruits in the summer (grapes, figs, pomegranates)
  * support online for social media related to our educational programs

  Hébergement

  Room with shared bathroom, inside our main house. If preferred, we also have a 5m bell tent with a real bed that can be set anywhere in the property (we have a very large land with many beautiful spots).

  Autres infos...

  Our property has a river that is roaring in the winter and very love from july until the first rains usually coming in october... We have a private swimming large pond that is full all year around.
  The closest town does not have much more than the basics for daily living, Pingo Doce supermarket etc... We are 1 hour 15 minutes from Faro and many beautiful beaches.
  We enjoy sharing our home and hang out outdoors, dance together, go for walks...
  Definitely the land is for people who love nature and are at easy in the silence of no neighbours, birds and cows' bells at a distance...

  we have a good wifi connection, only not so reliable when there are some strong weather storms... but that is rare... we both work often online, and presently creating content for educational programs online on the field of health, wellbeing and conscious living.
