Hey, my name is Rafaela, but I like being called Rafa. I am from Brazil, 23 years, with a Portuguese citizenship and have always been my dream to travel de world. In these past years I was saving money to turn my dream into a reality and here I am, ready to work while travelling, meet new people, cultures, languages and all the experiences this can provide me. I am happy to finally be writing this on January 29th, a monday, the day to star over, and the day that I am quiting my current job to persue travelling.

With a degree in communications, I thrive on the power of storytelling. Whether through reading, writing, or engaging in captivating conversations, I find joy in exploring narratives across various mediums. Music and movies are my companions in this journey, offering diverse perspectives and emotions. While I may not boast culinary mastery, I enjoy experimenting in the kitchen, alongside staying active through exercise and embracing the outdoors. Connecting with new faces excites me; each person brings a unique story to share, adding richness to my own narrative :)

English has a presence in my life through movies and music, but I don't practice it very often, something I would like to change by working abroad. Italian is a language I've tried to learn by myself, and it's close to Portuguese, but I also don't practice it and would love to. Besides those, I am totally open to learning other languages and teaching Portuguese.

As a communicator, I possess a blend of organizational prowess, creativity, and a knack for interpersonal connections. My expertise extends to crafting engaging content for social media platforms such as Instagram and TikTok, where I excel in video production and storytelling.

Beyond my official profession, I've honed my skills in diverse areas. I've taught English to young learners aged 2 to 6, served as a personal trainer for my parents, and dabbled in the culinary arts, whipping up delicious meals.

Moreover, I'm adept at household tasks such as cleaning, childcare, and gardening. If given direction, I'm eager to lend a hand with any manual tasks you may have.
