Hi :)

My name is Otto, I'm 24, and I am interested in lots of things, always eager to learn something new, be it a hands-on skill or expanding my mind through reading and conversation.

I feel very passionate about sustainability; I find great joy, comfort and meaning in being Nature, rather than simply being in nature, and I hope to be able to start my own permaculture project one day.

For the time being I'm studying, volunteering, and enjoying being able to travel, to meet like-minded people, and to discover the different ways in which folks are growing their food and choosing to live...

I feel especially interested in continuing to deepen my knowledge of perennial edibles, herbalism, foraging, fermentation and natural building, while being open to and curious about anything a new experience might bring :)

I deeply value the importance of community and the magic that can take place through genuine exchanges, and the sharing of good vegetables!

I love cooking and I've been vegan for years which has led to a lot of experimenting and trying new things.

I also have some gardening skills which I'm trying to expand; I'd be happy to help anywhere I can, to practice what I know already and to learn what I don't.

I've babysat and tutored for years and it's always a joy to connect with children.
