Hello! My name is Noelle and I am a 30 year old geographer currently living and working in beautiful Rome, Italy. Having lived in Germany, Montenegro and now in Italy, I love being in international environments, practicing my language skills and sharing food, conversation and time. I enjoy travelling and taking my time to get to know places and people. I really enjoy longer, intentional farmstays and have been helping with gardening and animal care in various places around Europe. I enjoy both indoors and outdoors activities like cooking, baking, playing music, knitting, hiking, camping, kayaking, sailing swimming and yoga. I like bird watching and arguing about movies.

Quelles sont vos compétences ?
I have been working on two different farms in Italy where I mainly helped in the garden and took goats for walks in the woods. I have spent also two months on a little farm in Brittany where I learned how make cheese, improved my goat walking (and milking!) skills and had a very very lovely time. I love cooking with fresh ingredients, baking all kinds of things and have recently taken up sourdough. My last experience was on a lovely farm in Greece, where I spent a lot of time playing with the kids, helping with the animals, gardening and cooking. Last year I went to the UK and combined all good things (goats, cows, milking, gardening, cheese making) within a great community. At home I try growing veggies on the terrace and keeping track of a worrying number of houseplants.

Noelle has been to us of great help, almost one week. She is capable of doing different tasks and always smiling at us, even when she felt tired or shy or in need of silence.
