Quelles sont vos compétences ?
I have an Advanced Diploma in Professional Acting for Camera. Theater is where I thrive and the stage is my home. I can offer acting coaching/ mentorship or assist with any projects that may require my keen organizational skills backstage or front of house. I’m also open to receiving vocal coaching/ mentorship for Musical Theater, as a part of the cultural exchange 🎭
I completed a 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training course in 2019. I have also enrolled in a few guided meditation courses, one of which was at the Art of Living Foundation🧘🏽♀️
I would love the opportunity to exchange knowledge and experiences with other Yogis who practice mindfulness 🌱

I am easy going, fun loving and I want to see as much of the world as possible. Travel is a privilege and I am deeply grateful to the Hosts on this platform for extending their homes to strangers (who does that?) 😅
My hobbies include yoga (vinyasa flow), meditation and solo travel. I love watching the sunset from the beach. I also enjoy watching live stand up comedy shows and theater performances.
