About Me
Hi! My name is Michele, I’m 21 years old and I’m from Italy. I’m currently a third-year medical student and I’m looking for a cultural exchange experience where I can improve my English and immerse myself in everyday life abroad.
I would describe myself as calm, friendly, curious and reliable. I enjoy meeting new people, learning from different cultures and stepping out of my comfort zone. One of the main reasons why I want to join Workaway is to improve my English through real-life conversations and experiences.
Although I don’t have professional experience in this field, I have experience helping with childcare (being the oldest of three siblings), house cleaning, gardening and taking care of animals. I have three dogs and three cats, so I’m very comfortable around pets. I also do volunteer work and enjoy being helpful and contributing wherever I can.
I’m happy to help with household tasks, gardening, animals, childcare or any other daily activities. I’m flexible, willing to learn and always ready to lend a hand.
In my free time I enjoy music, sports, reading and programming. I don’t smoke or drink alcohol, and I have had my driving licence for almost three years.
I’m open to any kind of environment, whether it’s a family, a farm or a hostel, as long as I can experience the local culture and have plenty of opportunities to speak English.

I am very interested in language exchange. One of the main reasons why I joined Workaway is to improve my English through daily conversations and cultural immersion.
