Hi! :)
It’s Nikki and Milan here. We are a couple with an extended travel history both together and individually. We met in New Zealand while we were both on a Working Holiday. We’ve been through so many adventures, and we are always seeking new experiences. Milan is a keen cyclist, he did a huge part of his travels on two wheels in Europe, Asia and New Zealand. Besides working many different jobs in various fields, he volunteered in an architectural project in remote Himalayan village in Ladakh, India, in a permaculture farm in Malaysia, and New Zealand, and in an animal shelter in Australia together with Nikki. This later one was one of our most defying experiences, and we would love to work with animals again.

Nikki is from a big square state in the US but she lived in many other countries and she loves travelling and meeting new people! In her travels she has done many types of jobs and volunteering including bottle feeding baby kangaroos in Australia, picking apples and oranges in New Zealand, and making pastry in a fancy hotel in Rome. She is a qualified pastry chef, she loves music and art and a huge fan of Norwegian language.

We are open-minded, and easy-going. After being through so much we are really flexible, and we can accomodate to almost any circumstances. We both love to learn new things especially about animals, nature and sustainable living. We love spending time outdoors, and we are used to the “off the grid” lifestyle.

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

Nikki:
I’ve recently graduated as a pastry chef in Italy, I’ve worked a lot in hospitality but through my travels I’ve done many different jobs, I worked at farms, I picked all kinds of fruit and vegetables and I volunteered at an animal shelter too. I have good visual skills, I love creating all kinds of art projects.

Milan:
I’ve also tried myself in several fields in the past, I worked in diplomacy as a project manager after being a trainer in high schools and parcticed as a teacher. Recently I worked as a bike mechanic for the summer season. Previously I volunteered in a community-based arcitectural project in a remote village of Ladakh, India, I spent an amazing time in an animal shelter in Australia caring for baby kangaroos. I’ve been a delivery guy, a waiter kitchen hand. I have extended experience in project management and marketing, I am skillful in writing and communicating with people. I also like physical work as I have done quite a lot of architecture-related volunteering and I am very happy to learn literary anything which I’m enthusiastic about. And I can be enthusiastic about a lot of things.
