Hi I’m Melanie! Thank you for taking the time to read my bio :)
I am 27 and born and raised in the United States, spending most of my time between Texas and California. I am currently working as an Acupuncturist here in the states, but I do have an adventurous spirit and would love to see more of the world. My goals for traveling are to combine my passion for helping others with my desire to learn more about Asian culture.
In my free time i enjoy cooking, knitting, sewing, hiking, scuba diving, walking my dog and riding horses.
When I travel to Thailand I am very interested to learn more about local handicrafts and cuisine.
I have travelled to 14 different countries across Asia, Africa, and Europe and did a workaway (as a couple) on a farm for 2 weeks in New Zealand!
I am very outgoing and love creating relationships with new people, and I am quick to pick up new skills. As an Acupuncturist I am passionate about holistic medicine and I always enjoying chatting about health and wellness.
I have some experience as a nanny, with children age 3-7. In my acupuncture clinic I also work with teens.
I like cooking for others and have hosted many holidays for family and friends.
I have basic gardening skills, and experience working with dogs, cats, horses, goats, and cows (my family lived on a farm in Texas for 5 years!)
As a native english speaker I am always happy to share my language with others.

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

- I have Basic gardening skills, and experience working with dogs (large and small), cats, horses, dairy goats, and cows (my family lived on a small farm in Texas for 5 years!)
- I like cooking for others and have hosted many holidays for family and friends.
- I also have so experience as a nanny for children age 4-7, and I work with teenagers in my Acupuncture clinic.
- I have a Master’s degree in Acupuncture and Herbal Medicine, and I love sharing my knowledge and passion of this medicine with others.
- I am a native English speaker and would like to share my language with anyone willing to learn .
- I enjoy drawing, painting, knitting, sewing and whatever other creative projects come my way :)
