Hi, I'm Meleah. I'm travelling from the Pacific Northwest in the US and looking to connect with folks in India. I love gardening, cooking, making art and music, and learning from new people and places. I lived in Nashik for a year when I was 16, and have a deep respect and love for the diverse cultures within India. I am especially interested in spending time working in rural areas and learning traditional crafts, cooking, farming, and songs. I also would be very happy to connect with mehendi artists! I have a background in farming and art. Looking forward to connecting:)

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

I have experience working with plants, and have several years experience with small scale farming, nursery work, landscaping, fruit tree pruning, and permaculture design. Unfortunately I have a knee injury that limits my ability to lift heavy weights or kneel longer than 2hrs/day.
I also have experience with arts, painting, detail work etc. I have experience with cooking as well as household work/cleaning.
I love spending time with kids and have experience/patience with childcare.
I'm pretty adaptable to learning new skills if you have other projects you'd like help with.

I would love to learn traditional folk music and singing if there are opportunities. I really enjoy dancing, as well as hiking, and spending time in nature and around water.
